Watch out for Fake Chris (Krzysztof Jankowski)
British Supplements is not British vitamins
Hey everyone my name is Chris Boyle and I am the founder and current CEO of Real Health Supplements LTD trading as British supplements TM for 8 years now.
A couple of years ago we started to get emails about a guy that goes by the name of Krzysztof Jankowski, he is trying to fake our brand on eBay and still is to this day, along with other brands (if you would call them that).

He goes under the names British Vitamins, Nutri nature, Mother Nature, Nutri Life supplements, Nature & fitness and Ayura.
​
These are the ones we currently know of, and quite a few of them are very similar to other brands as well.
​
We have so many emails from our customers who have been tricked into buying from this ex-con, thinking it is us they are buying from.
British Vitamins is 100% nothing to do with us and I will inform you about Krzysztof Jankowski and the type of stuff that he and his buddies are getting up to.
Where do we even start ? Lets start with his character.

Clearly, a person who has zero respect for the UK law or the British people.

That is the THR number they put on their Valerian page on ebay (now deleted of course) and that belongs to Bioforce LTD and isn't even for Valerian.

Basically, eBay said to him you are not allowed to post Valerian without a THR license. What does Krzysztof Jankowski do ? He goes to the THR list below and takes some other companies' THR license so he can list Valerian on eBay.

How does Jankowski trick people ?
1.He trys to copy everything we do and to look like us to confuse our customers. My brand is known as Chris from British Supplements as it says on our homepage. Krzysztof Jankowski doesn't want to use his real name so uses my name on his home page.

2.He buys ads on our brand to try and mimic us, to try and stand on our shoulders and convince you that you are buying from us. Similar to what all the fake sellers do online it seems (coincidence?). They have no skills so try and stand on the shoulders of brands. We have over 19,000+ reviews and are closing in on 1 million orders shipped. We are the fastest-growing supplement brand in the UK.

3. He is everywhere where you can delete reviews and comments, again similar to what fake sellers do. 3rd party marketplaces they are in full control. They can delete pages or accounts every day if they like.

4. You pretty much can not leave reviews on his website as he uses a 3rd party ebay plug-in from the looks of it. eBay feedback is based on how fast you can deliver and how low the price is.
Buys ads for "British Supplements" IE Our customers looking for us.
As you can see above we are forced to buy ads for our own brand term. Lots of people are searching for us as we are a real brand. We spend £6K per day on this one ad just to keep our customers.

We used to get tagged 2-10 times a day when Jankowski runs facebook ads.

I got around to responding to one with "Competition is fine; cheating is not, see you in court Krzysztof Jankowski"

Jankowski didn't like this so he deleted our comment and banned us from his page lol.

Jankowski has the dodgiest reviews I have ever seen on the Internet! You wouldn't have even seen this 20 years ago online when it was the Wild West.

As I mentioned before eBay feedback is based on the price and how fast you can deliver. Some of the worst supplements I have seen are offered on there and they sell 100+ per day.
​
Rankings (traffic) matters most on these 3rd party websites, quality means nothing. In order to rank the most important factors are price and fast shipping.
​
Getting reviews on your website is a completely different story.
​
So what does Jankowski do ? He uses a 3rd party eBay plug in to show ebay feedback to try and convince people that he has lots of reviews on his website, which he does not. He also uses Trustpilot but doesn't have this on his product pages, I wonder why ?.....
​
Why would you use 2 review systems ? Why would you create 5+ different "so-called supplement companies" if you would call them that ? It all points to the same thing.

Is it a good idea to buy from any 3rd party marketplace when you have guys like this running around ? Who knows who is selling what ?

All of the 3rd party marketplaces have the exact same goal, to make the most money. They dont really care who is doing what as long as they are paying their fees and running ads.

Jankowski even mentions "fake" comments one their current Amazon listings.

Yes, little Jany you probably believe that as you're that stupid. Also the only reason you are registered with the local counsel is because we reported you to them so you were forced to ! Otherwise you would not be.
Copy and paste
Jankowski blatantly copied and pasted most of our website, he must have been told to update his site and products due to the court case coming early 2024.

Anything we do the Jankowski copies, we do samples he offers samples. He used to try and make everything exactly the same like doses, etc. He is desperately trying to change all of that before going to court.

UK TRADE AND DISTRIBUTION LTD is one of this many registered companies and it wouldnt take a rocket scientist to work out what this guy was selling, before trying to fake our brand.
First question to the judge: Out of all Jankowski's convictions, has he ever been convicted of selling fake goods ?
